Are you a fan of The Daughter of Trigon? Well, we got One Dozen Raven Facts!
1. Many people may know Raven's father Trigon as an interdimensional demon king, but her mother Angela Roth was actually a human from Gotham City. Raven grew up in an alternate dimension called Azarath where a mystic named Azar taught her how to control her emotions. Azarath is part of her mantra "Azarath, Metrion, Zinthos".
2. In 1980, Raven's first appearance, she summoned members of the original Teen Titans and new teenaged heroes to form a new Teen Titans so that when her father Trigon eventually came to Earth they could battle him. She originally went to The Justice League for help, but they denied her assistance when Zatanna made them aware of her demonic heritage.
3. Among the many recruits of The Teen Titans was Danny Chase, the son of spies who had telepathic superpowers. When Raven's body was possessed by the Trigon-controlled souls of Azarath's people, Danny teamed up with Angela Roth and managed to fuse the two of them and the souls into a new entity called Phantasm.
4. Trigon possessed Raven's body yet again and lashed out in the middle of Nightwing and Starfire's wedding. The wedding was ruined and the evil Raven implanted something inside Starfire. After the Titans defeated evil Raven it was revealed the spirit inside Starfire was a reborn, all-good version of Raven. Her two friends never tried to get married again, and ironically Raven has had romantic feelings for Nightwing.
5. Raven was worked alongside Wonder Woman, Tempest, and a depowered Darkseid to battle the villain Imperiex. The three magic-users pooled their power together to give Darkseid his powers back to fight against Imperiex.

In 2012 she got a gray and blue spandex bird-like costume with wings and a white feathery mask. Now in 2018, she has gone from civilian "Goth" clothing with a hood to her traditional purple cloak and body-covering suit, and now has red hair.
7. In 2011's "Phantom Stranger" series the title character finds Raven distraught and emotional. He takes her to Stonehenge where Trigon pulls her into his dimension because "a higher power: told him to it. This results in Raven becoming a slave of Trigon and corrupting the Teen Titans. In another universe Raven is called Moonchild and is a sidekick to Phantom Stranger.
8. Raven's gray skin and Gothic attitude was a product of the "Teen Titans" animated series. As was her romance with Beast Boy, which was established in the comics after the show created a possible romance. Currently, she is involved with Wally West II/Kid Flash.
9. Raven has three brothers who are also minions of Trigon; Belial, Ruskoff, and Suge.
10. While Starfire took control of The Teen Titans from it's current leader Robin (Damian Wayne), Raven was set to be the team's new leader back when Tim Drake/Red Robin led the Teen Titans.
11. In the alternate future of "Titans Tomorrow" Raven is now called Dark Raven and is teasingly referred to as "The Wicked Witch of The West" because she consumed the emotions of almost everyone in America just to maintain peace. In "Tiny Titans" Raven lives with Trigon and Trigon acts a substitute teacher at her school. In the "Teen Titans Go!" cartoon Raven secretly loves a "My Little Pony" parody and her father Trigon is an annoying father-figure. In the animated movie "Justice League vs Teen Titans" The JL are possessed by Trigon and Raven helps The Titans defeat them. Once Trigon is sealed into a red diamond Raven places it on her forehead.
12. After the villainous Black Beetle goes back in time and helps Deathstroke and Ravager defeat The Teen Titans, Booster Gold teams up with Raven to undo the change. Booster dresses up like Deathstroke and recreates the battle. After Ravager dies as intended and The Teen Titans win the fight, Raven implants memories into Deathstroke to make him think The Titans were responsible, thus cementing his hatred for The Teen Titans as it always should have gone.
